Welcome to WebDone IT Solutions! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Scope of Services
We provide web design, development, maintenance, and related services as outlined in your project proposal or agreement. Any additional services not included in the initial agreement will require a separate contract or addendum.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of your project, you agree to:
- Provide all necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Grant access to required accounts (e.g., hosting, domain, or CMS) if needed.
- Communicate clearly and promptly throughout the project. Delays in providing materials or feedback may impact the project timeline.
3. Payment Terms
- A deposit of 30% is required to begin work.
- Remaining payments are due as outlined in the project agreement.
- Late payments may incur a fee of [2]% per month.
- All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Project Timeline
We will provide an estimated timeline for your project. Delays caused by late feedback, content, due payment or approvals may extend the completion date.
5. Revisions and Edits
- Design Related: Your project includes unlimited rounds of revisions for color, font changes and web design mockups.
- Development Related: Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope will be billed at [$25] rate/hour.
- Content Edit Related: Your project includes [3] rounds of revisions.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables.
- We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- Any third-party assets (e.g., stock images, plugins, themes) are subject to their respective licenses.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All project details and client information will be kept confidential unless required by law.
8. Termination Policy
Either party may terminate the agreement with simple email notice. If terminated, you will be billed for work completed up to that point.
9. Liability and Warranties
- We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services (e.g., hosting, plugins, or client-provided content).
- We provide a minimum [30]-day and maximum [180]-day warranty period to fix any bugs or errors caused by our work and as per selected pricing package.
10. Third-party Services
You are responsible for any third-party services (e.g., hosting, domains, or plugins) unless otherwise agreed. We are not liable for issues caused by these services.
11. Maintenance and Support
- Post-launch maintenance and support are available at an additional cost. Contact us for details.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will first be resolved through mediation or arbitration. If unresolved, the governing law of [India/Gujarat] will apply.
13. Amendments
